THE CLIENT + FACILITY

Broker-Ready Coverage for the Saputo Cheese Facility

Colliers’ industrial brokerage team needed current aerial photographs of the Saputo cheese facility in Green Bay on a short timeline. Colliers supports owners, investors, and occupiers with commercial real estate services, so the finished set needed to do more than produce one attractive overview: it needed to explain the property clearly for business decisions.

Saputo is one of the world’s top ten dairy processors and a leading cheese producer in the United States. That industrial context made clear views of building scale, street access, roof and utility systems, loading and service areas, parking, and the surrounding corridor especially useful.

THE APPROACH

Confirm the Airspace, Then Build the Shot List Around Property Decisions

Above Wisconsin checked the FAA facility map before scheduling and confirmed the property was in open Class G airspace, allowing a standard Part 107 operation up to 400 feet. The flight moved from a high-oblique hero and neighborhood context view to the front elevation, service side, loading access, and a true top-down roof plan.

Practical Uses

  • Commercial listing and offering materials
  • Broker presentations and property tours
  • Building access, loading, and circulation review
  • Ownership, investor, and tenant communications

THE PHOTO SET

Six Finished Views, Ready for Commercial Real Estate Marketing

The final photographs were edited at full 2048 × 1151 resolution and delivered through a shareable cloud folder so the brokerage and client-services teams could use the same approved files. After review, the client team reported that the images “look great.” This web case study serves optimized WebP derivatives for faster loading while the original high-resolution files remain available for print and presentation use.

WHY IT MATTERS

Commercial Real Estate Photography Should Answer Property Questions

A strong industrial property image set helps a viewer understand the site before an in-person visit. Aerial coverage can show the relationship between the building and road network, parking and circulation, loading access, roof configuration, service areas, neighboring uses, and the wider market context in a way ground-level photography cannot.

At the Saputo cheese facility at 13190 Velp Avenue in Green Bay, the highest-value views were the full-property hero, balanced front elevation, loading and service sides, site-context overview, and top-down roof plan. Together, the six photographs create a concise visual tour for brokerage, marketing, presentations, and stakeholder review.

Project summary: On June 4, 2026, Above Wisconsin captured six aerial photographs for Colliers at the Saputo cheese facility, 13190 Velp Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The assignment focused exclusively on still photography and included property frontage, rooflines, access, loading, service areas, parking, and surrounding industrial context.

PROJECT STRATEGY

From a finished building to a clear visual story.

The goal was not to collect more angles. It was to make Carnivore Meat Company’s completed Green Bay facility easy to understand, immediately recognizable, and ready for Schuh Construction to share.

01WHAT HAD TO LAND

Make the scale, architecture, and identity read together.

At 235,000 square feet, disconnected exterior shots would undersell the project. The audience needed the full campus scale and Carnivore Meat Company’s distinctive red-and-glass frontage to read as one complete place.

02THE SHIFT

Plan every angle around how the finished work would be used.

We built the flight from broad site context into the entrance, flags, glass reflections, and branded facade. Stable reveal passes shaped the film, while the broader photo library supports Schuh Construction’s portfolio, website, proposals, social media, and stakeholder sharing.

THE PROJECT FILM

The finished edit gives Schuh Construction a concise way to present the completed facility, moving from the wider campus into the entrance, branding, flags, glass facade, and exterior details that define the build.

PROJECT CONTEXT

A Major Green Bay Manufacturing Campus

Carnivore Meat Company announced the 235,000-square-foot facility on a 28-acre Green Bay campus in 2022, describing it as a new global headquarters and manufacturing operation with 27,000 square feet of office space. Schuh Construction was the building partner identified with the project.

For Above Wisconsin, the job was to turn that scale into a clear visual story. The wide aerials explain the building and site, the mid-range passes show the glass office frontage and manufacturing wing, and the close views preserve the signage and architectural details that make the facility recognizable.

Project summary: Above Wisconsin created a finished-building aerial film and a broader exterior photo library for Schuh Construction, featuring the Carnivore Meat Company facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This page shows a curated selection for a concise, fast-loading portfolio reference.

THE BRIEF

One Shoot, Two Very Different Uses

Palmer Fixture needed an updated high-resolution aerial to replace an older framed facility photo, plus a complete exterior image set that could move from a website to sales and corporate materials. The signature view had to read at wall-print scale; the rest of the set had to explain the Green Bay site quickly and clearly.

THE APPROACH

Capture the Signature View, Then Complete the Site Story

Above Wisconsin first recreated the purpose of the older wall display with a current high-oblique view of the full building and Mason Street frontage. A planned aerial orbit then documented the entrance, joint signage, rooflines, parking, loading, exterior storage, and surrounding context. Light atmospheric haze was corrected while keeping the facility and its materials natural.

Practical Uses

  • Large wall display and print coordination
  • Website and digital marketing
  • Facility overview, sales, and recruiting
  • Corporate communications and stakeholder presentations
Why the project started

The Image That Started the Assignment

This framed aerial was already hanging inside the facility when Palmer Fixture asked for an update. It gave the assignment a clear starting point: create a current, high-resolution signature view suitable for a new large-format wall display, then build a broader exterior image library from the same flight.

THE DELIVERABLES

Built for Print and Everyday Digital Use

Final files were organized in separate print-resolution and compressed digital folders. That kept the largest image available for the wall display while giving Palmer Fixture lighter JPEGs ready for websites, email, presentations, and routine marketing.

WHY IT MATTERS

Industrial Photography Should Explain the Facility

Commercial facility photography has to do more than show a roof. The strongest image set helps viewers understand scale, access, operations, branding, and location while also producing signature images strong enough for print.

The Green Bay facility at 1100 W Mason Street supports manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and shipping. These aerial views make those functions legible through the front elevation, loading areas, service access, rooflines, joint Palmer Fixture and Alwin Manufacturing signage, and surrounding street context.

Project summary: Above Wisconsin photographed the facility on July 15, 2026. The scope included an updated wall-display image and a complete exterior aerial photo set, delivered in separate high-resolution print and compressed digital JPEG folders.
