Broker-Ready Coverage for the Saputo Cheese Facility
Colliers’ industrial brokerage team needed current aerial photographs of the Saputo cheese facility in Green Bay on a short timeline. Confirm the Airspace, Then Build the Shot List Around Property Decisions
Above Wisconsin checked the FAA facility map before scheduling and confirmed the property was in open Class G airspace, allowing a standard Part 107 operation up to 400 feet. The flight moved from a high-oblique hero and neighborhood context view to the front elevation, service side, loading access, and a true top-down roof plan.

The final photographs were edited at full 2048 × 1151 resolution and delivered through a shareable cloud folder so the brokerage and client-services teams could use the same approved files.
